It began in a garage…
Founded in 1976 by four Cheney brothers, CBC entered the construction industry building custom and spec homes. The craft skills gained during the early years transferred in the next decade to focus on commercial work during the spike in residential mortgage rates. As projects as well as clientele have gotten larger and more sophisticated, we have grown alongside them, moving out of the garage, but not away from our foundational values of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
